Switch to GymFlex
When making your selection, if the club displays the Club Swap icon in the description you can swap your existing membership to a GymFlex one.
Please check the membership description for any limitations.

Membership Freeze Policy
We understand that sometimes life gets busy or circumstances change, and you may need to temporarily pause your gym membership. Our freeze policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring you can return to your fitness routine when you're ready. Below you'll find details on how the freeze works, and how to request a freeze.
Typically your membership will be extended to cover the period that it was frozen so you will make 12 monthly payments and receive 12 months of gym membership.

| Additional Information | If you are freezing a joint membership, both memberships must be frozen at the same time. Typically your monthly payments will continue to be taken from your salary and the number of months that your membership is suspended will be added to the end of your membership at no additional charge. |
