Switch to GymFlex

When making your selection, if the club displays the Club Swap icon in the description you can swap your existing membership to a GymFlex one. 

Please check the membership description for any limitations.

Can I move my current membership to be a GymFlex Membership	Yes this is permitted.
Do I need to remove my Direct Debit when switching?	Existing members can only switch across to a GymFlex membership once they have fulfilled their original 12 month contract.
Will I keep the same membership number?	Yes

Membership Freeze Policy

We understand that sometimes life gets busy or circumstances change, and you may need to temporarily pause your gym membership. Our freeze policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring you can return to your fitness routine when you're ready. Below you'll find details on how the freeze works, and how to request a freeze.

Typically your membership will be extended to cover the period that it was frozen so you will make 12 monthly payments and receive 12 months of gym membership.

Joint Memberships	Yes these are permitted.
Junior Memberships	BHLiveactive do not offer junior memberships with GymFlex, but you may be able to take these out directly with the club
